Refunds

I try to describe all of my items as accurately as possible and measure them to give you a good idea as to what you will receive. Due to the nature of clay and the firing process each piece will differ in size and decoration slightly. My work is handmade or hand decorated and therefore no two items will be identical.

If you would like to return an item that is not suitable please let me know at alicooperceramics@gmail.com I am unable to accept items returned after 14 days from receipt. The item should be returned in a resalable condition and unless the item is faulty the buyer will be responsible for return postage.

I take great care when packaging up my orders but unfortunately breakages do sometimes happen. If your item arrives broken please photograph it and email me at alicooperceramics@gmail.com within two days of receiving it. I will arrange a replacement if possible, or a refund.

It is important to me that you love my pieces as much as I love making them and I will do everything in my power to ensure you are totally happy with your purchase.
